Export invoices as CII-XML structured to EN 16931 (Comfort profile) or as PDF/A-3 with embedded XML; the visual PDF is generated via AnnexPDFKit. Before you send, AnnexOffice names the mandatory fields still missing; a check against every rule of the standard is in progress.

What have I bought?
Your AnnexGroup server licence includes AnnexOffice workplaces: 5 in the Small tier, 10 in Standard, 15 in Medium, 25 in Large and 50 in Very large — included for as long as the licence runs.
How do I get the app?
From our downloads page: AnnexOffice downloads there without sign-up and without a licence token. The included workplaces are part of your server licence, not of any bundle.
What does it cost on top?
Nothing. For buyers of an AnnexGroup server licence, the workplaces are already included in the licence — there is no second purchase and no subscription.
