Withdraw from contract

Use this page to declare that you withdraw from a purchase contract for AnnexCREATE licences. We need three details; we confirm receipt by e-mail without delay, with date and time.

You will find it in the order confirmation and on the invoice.

You do not have to give a reason.

You can also withdraw by e-mail to mail@annexcreate.com or by letter; the model withdrawal form is part of the withdrawal policy.

We use your details to process the withdrawal and to prove its receipt. See the privacy policy, section 10a.
