AnnexHub
AnnexHub is the control centre of the suite: install apps, manage licenses, maintain assets and brandkits – all locally, with no server requirement.
Free · No bundle required
Ten top features
What the app can do
-
01
Permanent offline license without single point of failure
The hub verifies signed license tokens locally against the embedded public key; without an expiry date they do not expire, device binding is only checked if set.
-
02
Apps and updates from one place
Install, update and launch all suite apps directly in the hub, including .zip and .dmg installation formats.
-
03
Team management with asset and version sync
Create teams, invite members and assign transferable licenses; sync engines keep assets and the version index in sync between devices.
-
04
Local asset library with full-text search
Manage assets, tags, customers and projects; thumbnails are generated in the background, archives, audio, video and 3D files get their own previews.
-
05
Brandkit management including vector backgrounds
Colour palettes with colour roles, font whitelist, paragraph and character styles plus twelve SVG backgrounds per sample brandkit, effective across the suite.
-
06
Version archive with rollback
List all document versions clearly, mark any version as current and open it in the appropriate app.
-
07
Shared project directories with conflict resolution
Link local folders to the workspace; in case of version conflicts the user chooses between their own, the server or both versions.
-
08
Learning area with curated learning paths
Four intent-ordered paths lead through manuals and tutorials; progress is saved locally.
-
09
Plugin store with signed external plugins
External .annexplugin bundles are checked for Ed25519 signatures, their permissions are shown before activation and enforced in the execution path.
-
10
Menu-bar mini hub
License status and installed apps are reachable via the status item without the main window open; can be disabled in settings.
Availability
AnnexHub is free and not part of any bundle — it is the entry point to the suite, no matter which apps you use later.
